This one holds up as a genuine foundational text on emotional intelligence in leadership — the four-domains, six-styles framework is still taught in MBA and coaching programs today, and it earns that reputation. Some case studies feel dated for a 2003 release, but the substance is real. Arthur Morey's narration is clear and measured, a solid listen for dense business nonfiction, though a separate abridged edition narrated by Goleman himself exists if you want something shorter and more personal.
