This holds up as a genuine companion to '7 Habits' — Covey's eight characteristics of principle-centered leaders remain a widely cited framework, and hearing him narrate it himself gives it real authenticity and directness. It's abridged, so you're getting a trimmed version with real overlap with '7 Habits' if you've already read that one. Covey's own narration is the real highlight here — excellent, personal delivery.
