This is the granddaddy of the self-image genre — the visualization tricks in here have been borrowed by everyone from Zig Ziglar to your local sports coach, and some of it genuinely lands. The 'cybernetics' science is dated and the book wanders more than it should, so don't expect a tight read. Matt Furey's narration is more mentor-pep-talk than polished audiobook performance, which fits the material fine but isn't a home run for the ears.
