Psychology and Personal Growth

Abe Arkoff's anthology textbook was a solid college classroom resource in its day — 70-plus articles organized around identity, communication, and relationships, with half the readings updated for the 4th edition. The problem is that it's now out of print, over 30 years old, and built for an introductory psychology course context that doesn't translate well to independent reading. It's not wrong, just stale and contextually dependent in ways that limit its value for anyone outside a formal classroom.
