Dewey's 1899 address is a genuine landmark in progressive education theory and worth reading if you are tracing the intellectual roots of experiential learning. As a catalog product, though, you are buying a short essay — not a book — and the 2012 print-on-demand reprint adds nothing editorially. Most readers will be better served by tracking it down for free through a public-domain archive.
