Dr. Jan Yager brings genuine sociological credibility to a crowded genre, and the digital-overload angle was timely at publication. At 168 pages the book is commendably concise, and a second edition suggests it found a real audience. Without any critical reviews, though, there's no way to know whether it rises above the pack of time management guides, and it probably doesn't.
