Self-help ✦ Penny’s Take
Radical Longevity
Ann Louise Gittleman · 2021

👎 Skip It
Gittleman's plan is comprehensive and practical — meal plans, supplement lists, and real attention to overlooked areas like mineral depletion — and she writes accessibly for a general wellness audience. The trouble is that some of her core recommendations, including flower remedies and EMF fear, sit well outside mainstream medicine, and the overall scope risks overwhelming readers rather than empowering them. Worth a look for readers already in the integrative nutrition world, but not a first recommendation.
