Real Estate Investing in New York City

π Skip It
Written by an attorney who spent 25 years in NYC real estate and a decade teaching the subject at Baruch College, this one has real depth on co-ops, brownstones, and other NYC-specific quirks generic guides skip. But it's from 2003, the geographic focus is razor-narrow, and the handful of reviews I could find is too small to lean on.
