π Worth It
Leigh Powers writes from inside the wound, and that honesty is what makes this devotional stand out from generic ministry encouragement books. The 40-day structure gives battered ministry women a manageable on-ramp back to faith, and the prayer-journal origins keep it grounded rather than preachy. Outside women in church leadership it won't land as well, but for that audience it genuinely fills a gap.
