This one's more mindset shift than rigorous playbook — Kiyosaki's four-quadrant idea (employee, self-employed, business owner, investor) is genuinely useful shorthand, but the advice leans anecdotal and repeats a lot of what's already in Rich Dad Poor Dad. Worth knowing the framework exists, but I wouldn't call it essential listening. The narration is a steady, no-frills business read that gets the job done without much spark.
