Running Lean gives founders and product managers a practical, battle-tested system for validating startup ideas before burning resources — and its Lean Canvas tool is now genuinely industry-standard, taught at MIT and Harvard. It's narrower than it sounds (best for software and tech ventures), and it won't help you manage a team or raise money, but within that lane it's clean, credible, and action-ready. One of the more honest business books on the shelf.
