Self-help ✦ Penny’s Take
Scrum

👍 Worth It
Written by the co-creator of Scrum himself, this is about as authoritative as it gets for an introduction to agile project management — readable, grounded in real case studies, and now in a 10th Anniversary edition. The honest catch is that Sutherland is selling his own framework, so failure cases are underrepresented and the 1200% productivity claims deserve skepticism. Still, if you want to understand Scrum from the source, this is the right book.
