Self-help β¦ Penny’s Take
Smart, Strong and Sexy at 100?
David A. Kekich Β· 2012
55/100
π Skip It
Kekich brings genuine personal conviction and a practical framework to longevity science, and his personal story of reversing biological aging after a spinal injury is compelling. But many of the core claims remain speculative and unvalidated, the adult-toned marketing will put off a wide range of readers, and the absence of any major critical engagement makes it hard to know how the science has held up. Worth a browse if you are deep in the biohacking world, but not a first recommendation.
β¦ Penny’s Take β this is The Review Group’s own editorial assessment. Penny’s analytical review line researched this book from real sources and scored it across the lenses shown below. It’s an honest first-party read β not a page-by-page personal one. The gold β Penny Tested mark is reserved for books Penny reads cover to cover herself.
β Parent note β our reviewers flagged: Adult/suggestive title language; speculative medical claims not clinically validated. We still scored it 55; these are context for your family, not an automatic skip.
