Stoicism - The Stoic Philosophy of Marcus Aurelius
Michaela Morrison's four-hour introduction uses Marcus Aurelius as a concrete anchor to explain core Stoic principles — control, negative visualization, daily reflection — and it's competently done for a first encounter with the philosophy. The problem is that it stays firmly at the introductory level without contributing any original scholarship, and readers even slightly past their first Stoic book will find nothing here they don't already know. Michael Lakemen's narration from Dawson Studio is described as decent and accessible, which is all it needs to be at this level.
