Self-help β¦ Penny’s Take
Stress Management and Prevention
Jeffrey A. Kottler Β· 2011

Kottler's textbook is a solid academic resource with a genuinely useful framework, but its price point, 2011 vintage, and classroom-first structure make it a tough sell for casual readers when fresher, more accessible options exist. The N.U.T.S. framework is memorable and the East-West synthesis is a real differentiator. Better suited to a course reading list than a personal bookshelf.
