Reiman's advertising background gives the writing genuine creative energy and the five-finger framework is a clever mnemonic, but at 115 pages of largely aphoristic motivation there's not enough substance here to justify the read when stronger self-help exists. The modest reception at publication and near-zero cultural footprint since suggest even its initial audience moved on quickly. Reiman went on to do more substantial work β start with Thinking for a Living instead.
