Thurmon's entertainer background gives this a livelier voice than most speaker-brand self-help books, and the promise of hundreds of actionable suggestions is genuinely appealing. The problems are real though: thin independent critical validation, unclear whether the 2023 edition has new content, and a format tightly coupled to Thurmon's live shows. Solid for fans of his speaking work; harder to recommend cold.
