Weinberg and McCann's compilation of 200-plus mental models is about as comprehensive as this genre gets, especially strong in the first half on personal decision-making, though the professional/organizational back half is less consistently engaging. Worth it overall, and Rene Ruiz's narration is genuinely excellent - just know the print edition leans on charts and comics for several models, and that visual layer is unavoidably lost in audio-only format.
