This one comes from a couple who actually paid off six figures of debt themselves, and their 2% Rule — trim spending 2%, grow income 2%, repeat — is refreshingly concrete compared to the usual vague budgeting advice. It's not backed by a big publisher or any outside vetting though, so treat it as a solid blogger's playbook rather than an institutional finance guide.
