Self-help ✦ Penny’s Take
The 80/20 Individual
Richard Koch · 2003
67/100
👎 Skip It
Koch successfully applies the Pareto lens to individual career and entrepreneurial decisions, and the 'spike' concept — find the one thing you do better than almost anyone and build around it — is genuinely useful advice. But the book is overshadowed by its predecessor in every way: narrower audience, thinner evidence, and less original framing. Readers who loved The 80/20 Principle will get something here; everyone else should start there instead.
