Self-help β¦ Penny’s Take
The Anxiety Handbook

This is a quick, no-frills primer on managing anxiety, but it's published under an imprint name rather than a named clinician, so there's no real expert voice guiding you through it. At just over 100 pages covering four different anxiety disorders, it can only scratch the surface of any one of them. Fine as a starting point, but pair it with something more substantial if you're dealing with a real diagnosis.
