Self-help ✦ Penny’s Take
The Anxiety Sisters' Survival Guide
Maggie Sarachek · 2021
Greenberg and Sarachek write like friends who have been through it — warm, occasionally funny, and refreshingly free of clinical jargon — and the coverage is genuinely comprehensive, touching panic, phobias, grief, and stress in one volume. The techniques draw on CBT principles without demanding readers wade through academic framing. Not a substitute for professional therapy, and readers already deep in CBT literature won't find much new, but for someone early in their anxiety journey this is one of the most approachable guides available.
