Sun Tzu's classic still holds up as one of the most quotable, genuinely useful strategy texts around, whether you're thinking about business, leadership, or just handling conflict better. It's short enough to read in an afternoon and packed with ideas worth returning to. I do wish I could pin down exactly which 2016 edition this is, since translation quality varies a lot across printings.
