The Business of Leadership

Karen Dill Bowerman · 2011
60/100
👎 Skip It

As a Routledge undergraduate textbook with scaffolded progression from supervisory to executive leadership, this does what it's designed to do — it's a classroom tool, not a trade book. Outside of course adoption, though, the format limits its usefulness, and a 2011 publication date means the case studies and examples are noticeably dated in a management landscape that has shifted considerably. Fine if it's assigned; not something to seek out independently.
