Jocko Willink and co-authors pack a genuinely broad accountability framework into a compact handbook, and the Navy SEAL and Marine leadership background gives it real authority. The problem is it works best as a supplement to Willink's podcast and Extreme Ownership canon — as a standalone it feels thin on depth and mostly preaches to readers already sold on the philosophy.
