Finance ✦ Penny’s Take
The Emotional Intelligence Quickbook
Travis Bradberry · 2003
76/100
👍 Worth It
Bradberry and Greaves built their EQ framework on a genuinely large research base — over half a million subjects — and the four-domain model is clear enough to be immediately actionable for working professionals. The integrated online assessment is a real added-value feature. The book is more of a primer than a skill-builder, and the EQ construct it presents is simplified, but for someone new to emotional intelligence it is an efficient and credible starting point.
