Helen Palmer is a legitimate Enneagram authority and her 'Directory of Relationships' pairing all nine type combinations is genuinely ambitious. But the Enneagram system carries well-documented esoteric and New Age roots, it lacks empirical grounding, and this book is dense enough that casual readers may struggle. Worth it for committed practitioners; a harder sell for everyone else.
