This Pevear and Volokhonsky translation is about as good as Dostoevsky gets in English, and Prince Myshkin's radical goodness against a corrupt society still hits hard a century and a half later. It's dense and the ending is bleak, but if you want serious literature that actually wrestles with what goodness costs, this is it.
