Cute idea and a fast read - Santa's workshop standing in for a team that hits its goals every year. The tips (clear goals, real feedback, real recognition) are sound, they're just not new, and the holiday wrapper does more of the work than the content underneath. Fine as a quick gift-book read, not a deep one.
