Self-help β¦ Penny’s Take
The Ninja Mindset

Randell Stroud has real investigative credentials and the book is refreshingly concise, but self-publishing through Lulu with no editorial oversight and no critical reviews is a significant credibility gap in a crowded self-help genre. The serial killer case studies feel tonally out of place in a personal resilience book, and 80 pages simply cannot do justice to mental resilience, physical training, and threat awareness simultaneously. A niche pick for a very specific audience.
β¦ Penny’s Take β this is The Review Group’s own editorial assessment. Penny’s analytical review line researched this book from real sources and scored it across the lenses shown below. It’s an honest first-party read β not a page-by-page personal one. The gold β Penny Tested mark is reserved for books Penny reads cover to cover herself.
