A farm-summer setting and two parallel healing arcs — a teenager escaping her parents' crumbling marriage, a musician who abandoned his guitar after a bad past — give this a bit more texture than most in the genre. The one thing I can't fully vouch for is the vague, undescribed 'incident' in Levi's backstory. Pleasant, not essential.
