This is Watchman Nee's teaching distilled into two ideas - being in Christ, and Christ in you - and it's clear and biblically grounded if you're already in that theological tradition. Outside of that specific audience, though, it's a pretty thin listen with limited independent reception to lean on. I really can't speak to how the narration sounds since almost no one's reviewed it.
