Leach's 100-trait framework is modular and the author's real entrepreneurial background lends it more credibility than most books in this space, and the opening emphasis on purpose and values over purely financial success is a genuine differentiator. That said, 100 topics in two-page bites means very little goes deep, and the dossier shows no independent critical coverage to validate its impact. Fine for daily dipping, but not essential.
