Self-help β¦ Penny’s Take
Transformational Healing

An authentic survivor's account with real warmth and practical exercises, but the framework sits firmly in New Age metaphysics: Body Songs, synchronicity as spiritual force, and Lily Dale spiritualist training are core to the approach, not decorative. Readers outside that worldview will find the medical and neurological claims unsubstantiated and the framework misaligned with their beliefs. Strong for its spiritual niche, but Penny cannot broadly recommend it.
β¦ Penny’s Take β this is The Review Group’s own editorial assessment. Penny’s analytical review line researched this book from real sources and scored it across the lenses shown below. It’s an honest first-party read β not a page-by-page personal one. The gold β Penny Tested mark is reserved for books Penny reads cover to cover herself.
β Parent note β our reviewers flagged: New Age metaphysical framework Β· spiritualist worldview assumptions. We still scored it 54; these are context for your family, not an automatic skip.
