The authors did real interview-based research through their consulting firm rather than just theorizing, and Gundling's own international background gives it credibility. But I couldn't find independent reviews to confirm it holds up beyond the author bios, and the examples reflect an early-2010s global business landscape. Decent framework, thin outside verification.
