π Worth It
The COPE framework is one of the more coherent, research-backed tools you'll find in the parenting-anxiety space, and the fact that activities come with age tags and scripted language makes it genuinely usable by busy parents and non-specialist educators. It won't replace clinical care for severely anxious kids, but as a first resource for everyday anxiety it earns its place on the shelf.
