You get real bang for your buck here — over 100 classic fables with time-tested morals, more substance than most bedtime collections offer. A handful of the older fables carry that classic Aesop edge (tricksters caught, consequences that bite), which is normal for the source material but worth knowing going in. The volume and pedigree carry it, even though nobody outside the publisher has reviewed this specific retelling.
