Children's ✦ Penny’s Take
Always Give Thanks

👎 Skip It
A sweet, short picture book that does exactly what it sets out to do — teach young children a habit of gratitude in a warm, faith-friendly way. The message is solid and the format is right for preschool read-alouds, but the book is very thin on literary craft and there is no independent critical weight behind it. It earns its place in a chapel or homeschool library but is not a standout among picture books on gratitude.
