Dino-Thanksgiving is a cheerful, bouncy holiday read-aloud that does exactly what it sets out to do — get a roomful of kids laughing at balloon-dinosaur parades and a carnivore-versus-veggie-saur feast. The rhymes trip up occasionally and there's no real plot, but as a seasonal mood piece it earns its place on the Thanksgiving shelf. Booklist's 'delightful' call is fair.
