This is a sweet, warmly illustrated holiday picture book that will delight young Frozen fans, and the sisterhood themes and inclusive celebration tone are genuinely lovely. But stripped of the franchise glow, what remains is a thin 40-page story with no original narrative development — it exists entirely to extend a brand, not to stand on its own as a picture book. Perfect as a holiday stocking stuffer for a Frozen-obsessed three-year-old; not something to seek out otherwise.
