Fuzzy Wuzzy Was a Bear

The core idea — building on a familiar nonsense rhyme to teach acceptance of differences — is sweet and developmentally appropriate, and the ensemble of charmingly misfit animals is a good vehicle for the message. The problem is that it is essentially a single-lesson book with minimal narrative beyond that lesson, and the formal critical record is too thin to verify how well the execution lands. Worth a library browse but not a confident purchase.
