For its era this was a genuinely useful curriculum tool — 367 articles spanning a century of science, organized accessibly for secondary students. The problem is that it stops at 1992, and three decades of scientific change have aged large portions of it. A reference set worth knowing about for historical context, but libraries should treat it as a primary source on 20th-century science education, not a current resource.
