As a curriculum-linked biography for middle schoolers, this probably did its job fine in 2004, but it stops before the Secretary of State years, the 2008 primary, and the 2016 presidential campaign — which means it covers less than half of what students today would consider Clinton's most significant chapters. The Ferguson Career Biographies format is solid, but the datedness is a real problem for anyone seeking a current, complete picture. Better, more recent biographies are available.
