Henry's scheme to get rid of baby brother Peter is played for pure comic mischief, but it lands on a genuinely sweet turn when he ends up Peter's unlikely hero. Miranda Richardson is a real find as narrator — a recognizable, skilled actress giving this more polish than the average early reader, so the narration is worth the 43 minutes even though the story itself is slight. Fine for the age group, just know rude misbehavior is the engine of the humor throughout.
