Jane Yolen's rhyming 'does a dinosaur' format turns manners-modeling into a fun, gentle listen for the preschool set, and Kirkus specifically praised her own narration for its clear enunciation and unhurried pace. You lose some of Mark Teague's illustration-driven humor going audio-only, but the read-aloud rhythm carries it well on its own. Worth it for the very young crowd it's built for.
