This is a well-built classroom curriculum with strong institutional credentials and real inquiry-based design — but it was never meant to be picked up by an independent reader, and its early-2000s content predates current NGSS standards. Its value is squarely in the hands of a middle school science teacher, not a general buyer. Outside that context, the experience falls flat.
