Bouncy rhymes built around Simba, Mowgli, and Tarzan make this an easy, fun read-aloud for Disney-loving preschoolers, and the format is age-perfectly calibrated. The limitation is that there's no original storytelling here β it's a verse retelling of material kids can encounter in far richer forms. Worth borrowing from a library, but hard to call essential.
