Moose the Great Dane bumbling through obedience school is a genuinely appealing premise — animal protagonists take the sting out of behavior lessons and kids love dogs. But this is a brand-new Fulton Books release with almost no critical footprint, and Fulton's hybrid-press model means editorial rigor is uneven. There's warmth here, but not enough track record to recommend it over the field.
