Mud on the Path Chapter Book

Pamela Brookes · 2017
72/100
👍 Worth It

Pamela Brookes built the DOG ON A LOG series for her own daughter with dyslexia, and that lived purpose shows in the rigor — the Orton-Gillingham alignment is real, not decorative. For a struggling reader or a child with dyslexia working through the series, this chapter format is a genuine confidence builder. As a standalone the narrative is necessarily thin, but evaluated as the tool it's designed to be, it does its job well.
