Myths of the Native Americans

As a 48-page school library reference from a credentialed Raintree/Heinemann series, this does its introductory job reasonably well for grades four through six. The coverage of any individual nation's traditions is necessarily thin at that length, and a book published around 2001 may not reflect current best practices in how Native cultures are represented. Fine as a starting point, but families and educators should know those limitations going in.
